autenticar MO de office 2013 con postfix

Tengo isntalado postfix en debian 7 y parte de mi conf es esta:

pero no logro que el cliente de correo de Microsoft Outlook de Office 2013
pueda autenticar,es decir obligo al cliente de correo MO a autenticar y
ahi me da error en SMTP

Alguna idea ??
