Guten Morgen,
habe ntop mit folgendes optionen laufen:
/usr/sbin/ntop -d -L -u ntop -w 7000 -p /etc/ntop/protocol.list -P /var/lib/ntop -S 0 -a /var/lib/ntop -R /etc/ntop/rules -i eth0 -t 0 -O /var/log/ntop/
problem ist nun das sich alle 24h die ntop statistik wieder zurücksetzt und von 0 beginnt, als hätte jemand ntop restartet.
In den Logfiles sehe ich folgendes:
Auszug: /var/log/syslog.0
Oct 26 06:25:55 core2 kernel: device eth0 left promiscuous mode Oct 26 06:25:58 core2 kernel: eth0: Setting promiscuous mode. Oct 26 06:25:58 core2 kernel: device eth0 entered promiscuous mode
Genau um 06:25h hat auch ntop wieder angefangen von 0 an zu zählen.
Auch analysen im /etc/cron.daily haben nicht weitergeholfen, wobei das System noch die standard cronfiles geladen hat, welches bei der Woody Stable Distribution nach der installation enthalten ist:
router:/etc/cron.daily# ls calendar exim find logrotate man-db modutils netkit-inetd standard sysklogd router:/etc/cron.daily#
router:/etc# more crontab # /etc/crontab: system-wide crontab # Unlike any other crontab you don't have to run the `crontab' # command to install the new version when you edit this file. # This file also has a username field, that none of the other crontabs do.
SHELL=/bin/sh PATH=/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/sbin:/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin
# m h dom mon dow user command 25 6 * * * root test -e /usr/sbin/anacron || run-parts --report /etc/cron.daily <<<ß-- DIE UHRZEIT PASST 47 6 * * 7 root test -e /usr/sbin/anacron || run-parts --report /etc/cron.weekly 52 6 1 * * root test -e /usr/sbin/anacron || run-parts --report /etc/cron.monthly #
router:/etc#
Hat jemand eine Idee??
Für jede Hilfe 1000 Dank im Voraus
Gruss
