Aub works on single part messages, just doesn't do filtering. I've got
my
own version of aub called faub. I've not publicly released it yet but it
sort
of does what you want. faub maintains a database of duplicate entries and
will not decode anything which matches that database. It also allows the
user
to define perl regex to match against the assumed filenames and discards them
if they do match. I never really thought of doing the matching the other way
around, though.

Also, if you're using SLRNPULL, why not just use SLRN and a score?
Hightling the artciles in order, : will decode from there.
