This afternoon's work

While looking at the kpsewhich bug, I discovered that lintian and
linda produced several bugs. I've fixed all of them except for the
following missing manpages:

W: tetex-bin: binary-without-manpage aleph
W: tetex-bin: binary-without-manpage fdf2tan
W: tetex-bin: binary-without-manpage lamed
W: tetex-bin: binary-without-manpage mptopdf
W: tetex-bin: binary-without-manpage omfonts
W: tetex-bin: binary-without-manpage pdfcrop
W: tetex-bin: binary-without-manpage ps4pdf
W: tetex-bin: binary-without-manpage texconfig-dialog
W: tetex-bin: binary-without-manpage uniqleaf

For texconfig-dialog, I suggest one of two things: either shoving it
into /usr/share/tetex-bin, or just making a symlink of the manpages,
possibly including a mention of texconfig-dialog in the texconfig
manpage.

Another thing related to texconfig: if neither whiptail nor dialog are
installed, then texconfig will break if an attempt is made to run it
in interactive mode. We could fix this either by changing the
Recommends to a Depends, or by inserting code into texconfig-dialog
to check for this and die with a warning in such a case. A further
alternative is to build tcdialog, but that seems crazy.
