This is how I use the script:
$ debian/tpm2licenses-new.pl --master=../../texlive/texlive/LocalTPM/ --catalogue=../../../Upstream-source/texcatalogue --what=files --debian=tetex-base --tpmdir=debian/tpm
If you don't have a local copy of the catalogue, you can use
--nocatalogue instead, so that it will still run (and output
"not-in-catalogue" for each package).
--master is now only needed for the additional Perl modules, namely
Tpm.pm nad FileUtils.pm
--debian can take tetex-src, too - run it from within the tetex-src
tree, then.
--what is basically superfluous now, files could be made the default.
