Guess simply magic would be the phrasing:
tex-common. The English template has been changed and two new messages
-added.  Now some messages are marked "fuzzy" in your translation or

Or something along the lines. It was just the "two" which made me
edit it immediately instead of deferring it to a later point of time,
so this had a good side effect for you ...
