It seems to be similar to 183072. I think both can be merged. Please
do so if you think, this assumption is correct.
To B Thomas: About your svgalib-problem please contact your local
LUG or another appropriate Mailing List/Newsgroup. I've reassigned
that bug to libkpathsea-perl.
