Hi,

I have a problem with displacement of eps graphics.

The texerror.tex-File:

\documentclass{article}
\usepackage[final]{graphicx}
\begin{document}
\fbox{\includegraphics[width=0.9\textwidth ]{texerror}}
\end{document}


texerror.eps is a plain EPS file.

when processing this, the fbox is at the correct position,
while the included image is heavily displaced.

I guess it is an upstream problem. Any idea where to report
this to?
