Yes, I myself noticed this change when I upgaded one of
my Debian system and found also Bug#174694.

> libwww-dev depends on libwww0|libwww-ssl0, and I'd rather not change that.

No problem perhaps, except I can't install libwww-ssl0
on my system ;)
