problem while building against libpgsql2 on sparc

Hi,
I'm the maintainer of the libpgsql-ocaml{,-dev} packages which
contains binding for libpgsql for the OCaml programming language.

I'm in trouble with the build of these packages, which obviously depend
on libpgsql2, because the build fails while running preinst script for
package libpgsql2 only sparc architecture, other archs seems to worked
well.

These are the incriminated lines of the build log

   Unpacking libpgsql2 (from .../libpgsql2_7.2.3-0.2_sparc.deb) ...

   dpkg: error processing /home/buildd/build/chroot-unstable/var/cache/apt/archives/libpgsql2_7.2.3-0.2_sparc.deb (--unpack):
subprocess pre-installation script returned error exit status 1

The full build log is available at:

   http://buildd.debian.org/fetch.php?&pkg=libpgsql-ocaml&ver=20010808-3&arch=sparc&stamp=1035016825&file=log&as=raw

I'm a bit worried about this bug because it prevents the whole suite of
ocaml packages to enter testing, have you any hint about how to solve
the problem?

TIA,
Cheers.
