sparc 5 install, first boot issues

Hello all. I'm trying to install Debian on an old SPARCstation 5.
Following the HowTo from debian.org, I made some progress but am stuck at
attempting to boot into Linux off the hard-drive (or rescue floppy, for
that matter). The installation went well (I think) but now when I turn on
the machine, it gives me this message:

Boot device: /iommu/sbus/ledma@5,8400010/le@5,8c00000 File and args:
Automatic network cable selection succeeded : Using TP Ethernet Interface

It halts at this message. It seems I haven't told it the correct
location to find linux. (?)

Sorry to post such a simple problem, but any advice? I'll paste a bit
more info at the bottom in case it helps. Thank you very much in advance,

   Kris Bergstrom
