Please remove qgis from testing, it cannot currently be built in unstable due to sip6 (#1009939).

Because qgis could not be rebuilt with grass (8.0.2-1) it is blocking its testing migration.

It should also help with the upcoming gdal, python3.10-only and qtbase-abi-5-15-3 transitions.

Kind Regards,

Bas

sip6 (6.6.1+dfsg-2) has a bunch of changes that allow successful qgis build again.

Kind Regards,

Bas
