One thing that will help is:

Package: seti-applet
Testing: 0.4.1-3
Unstable: 2.1.3-5
Bugs: not-filed
Suggestion: remove-outdated-binaries
Analysis:
Contrib, old binaries (0.4.1-3) on arm, m68k, mips, mipsel, s390.
setiathome isn't available on these architectures so there's little
point in keeping these binaries. Blocks removal of old gnome-core.

amavis-ng in testing did. It's not displayed there because amavis-ng is
Architecture: all, and such uninstallables are only counted on i386.

(Not a bug, but a curious quirk ...)

amavis-ng is held up due to a lack of arj on arm and hppa. Bugs are
filed about both of these, namely #192563 and #203832.
