As far as I know (it's been long time since I used that thing), nvidia installer has --uninstall option. But it used to be insufficient though it's better than nothing. Also reinstall mesa binary package after uninstalling nvidia because nvidia (un)installer may remove some system files. # aptitude reinstall '?source-package(mesa)~i' -- Modestas Vainius <modestas@vainius.eu>
