Bug#283404: kopete: doesn't ask for passphrase -> can't decode encrypted messages

  if you have your gnupg-agent, running, "Do not ask for the passphrase"
  should be CHECKED.

  if you want to be kopete itself who asks for the password, then the
  option must be UNCHECKED and you should select the option for expiry
  that suits you best ('never', 'X minutes', 'until when kopete closes').
