Is it for sure that KDE 3.3 will enter sarge?

Why does using optimization result in this bug?  Is there an error in gcc?

I've installed this.  Now, everytime I want to play an MP3 file in Kaboodle, 
artsd crashes with SIGILL.  Is this package compiled for 686 (which is not 
compatible with my architecture) or is there a different problem?
