well, it's pretty certain. Release Managers approved and all that

uhm, strange. that package was provided by an user and I think other
users reported it worked from them. as I did not compile it, perhaps
the i686 is true, not sure.
I've contacted Nathaniel W. Turner, who also used to provide a mpeglib
package, and he still has it around. so you may try this one:
