Not that I know (except for dumping data, editing dumps, and
reimporting).

The long term plan is to just change these graphs, and I'm doing tests
on merkel for that. (which is unfortunate because it got offline a lot
during the past month).

New graphs are available on http://merkel.debian.org/~glandium/bts/
but please don't like the PTS there yet.
