Because this is information about the source package and not about the
upload.

I discarded the .changes because we would duplicate the information in all
.changes while it's not needed. Putting it only in .changes containing a
source might be doable but that has never been done before and I'm not
sure it's a good idea to start with ("fields appearing depending on
whether a source is uploaded or not").

The architecture is not a single value, but rather a list of values (in the
source package). It might be doable to put that list at the end of
the line but it doesn't feel quite right. What do others think?
