Hello Debian-perl + problem registering on Alioth

Hello all,

I'm a senior Perl developer for a private company (the local "Perl guru"),
and would like to know if I could contribute in any way to the 
debian-perl effort.

I tried to register on Alioth but got this error :

Error

Could Not Get User

I tried with two different e-mail addresses, to no avail.

I used this url : https://alioth.debian.org/account/register.php

Am I doing things right ?
