Hi, sorry for the long time to reply to your mail. To analyse a crash report I need an unstripped copy of the libraries, built with debugging information. I enabled this for rc3-1, and I think your report was from rc-1. Also, I managed to accidentally delete those files for the current version in unstable (rc3-1), so I would need you to provide a new stack trace for the next package version once it is uploaded. It will then need to join the large number of waiting bugreports.. So, we will take a look at it if you can provide a trace for the next version, but we do have a lot of work waiting already and it will take a while to reach the front of the queue. If you do still want us to take a look and can reproduce the problem, please file a new bug report so it doesn't end up getting lost :) > moritz@doerte:~$ oowriter > .. importing layer file:///tmp/oooLocale.XXXXK9HiyV - succeeded > pure virtual method called > sh: -c: line 1: syntax error near unexpected token `(' > sh: -c: line 1: `crash_report -p 1321 -s 6 -xml (null) -stack (null)' I've already filed an upstream bug report about this problem. > pure virtual method called > > > Fatal exception: Signal 6 > Stack: [...] > /lib/libc.so.6[0x412e7c38] > /lib/libpthread.so.0(raise+0x25)[0x410f1f95] > /lib/libc.so.6(gsignal+0x3e)[0x412e7ac6] > /lib/libc.so.6(abort+0x161)[0x412e8ced] > /usr/lib/libstdc++.so.5[0x412963ec] > /usr/lib/libstdc++.so.5[0x41296420] > /usr/lib/libstdc++.so.5(_ZNSt9type_infoD2Ev+0x0)[0x4129688c] > /usr/lib/openoffice/program/libucpfile1.so[0x46aba96e] > /usr/lib/openoffice/program/libutl645li.so[0x408ddec9] > /usr/lib/openoffice/program/libutl645li.so(_ZN3utl12UcbLockBytes15CreateLockBytesERKN3com3sun4star3uno9ReferenceINS3_3ucb8XContentEEERKNS4_8SequenceINS3_5beans13PropertyValueEEEtRKNS5_INS3_4task19XInteractionHandlerEEEPNS_19UcbLockBytesHandlerE+0x8b7)[0x408e14c3] This indicates the crash occured in libucbfile1 with a pure vitual method call. There may already be an upstream issue about this. (I'm offline so I can't check) Chris
