Retirement of the mirror - mirror.linux.pizza

Hi,

I am sad to announce, that mirror.linux.pizza will cease to exist in a 
couple of months/a year.
The reason is cost - we (nowadays me alone) are unable to finance and 
maintain the mirror by myself.

Please remove mirror.linux.pizza from the official Debian mirror list.
