partial cdn.debian.net outage ("NXDOMAIN")?

Hi,

since this morning cdn.debian.net (or to be more precise
deb.cdn.araki.net) no more resolves:

→ host cdn.debian.net
Host cdn.debian.net not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)
→ host -t any cdn.debian.net
cdn.debian.net is an alias for deb.cdn.araki.net.
→ host -t any deb.cdn.araki.net
Host deb.cdn.araki.net not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)

Happens from at least 77.56.3.115 (UPC Cablecom, Switzerland),
130.59.10.105 (Switch, Switzerland), 192.33.99.99 and 129.132.53.171
(both at ETH Zurich in Switzerland) of which the latter is
debian.ethz.ch aka ftp.ch.debian.org which itself should be part of
the CDN.

It seems to work fine on the other hand from 178.63.92.236 in Germany:

→ host cdn.debian.net
cdn.debian.net is an alias for deb.cdn.araki.net.
deb.cdn.araki.net has address 195.71.68.86
deb.cdn.araki.net has address 137.226.34.42

Or for 46.246.28.99 in Sweden:

→ host cdn.debian.net
cdn.debian.net is an alias for deb.cdn.araki.net.
deb.cdn.araki.net has address 213.129.232.18

Any idea where this outage in Switzerland comes from? Our IP ranges
haven't changed recently and it worked fine in the past.
