syncproxy.wna.debian.org out of sync

Hello,

  By deduction, I found out that syncproxy.wna.debian.org was not syncing
anymore to ftp-master.debian.org since Wednesday evening (Eastern time).

  I am surprised that nobody used a script to detect that automatically
(I do for my mirror), or that nobody except me seems to have noticed.

  My mirror don't have direct access to saens.debian.org, so I can't
check directly, but since all mirrors that are syncing from it seems
to also be 2 days outdated, the culprit seems obvious.

  For this reasons, gulus.USherbrooke.ca/debian now rsync from:

rsync://saens.debian.org/debian-all

  instead of

rsync://rsync.osuosl.org/debian
