I used my latent debbugs-fu to check the procmail log file, but there is
no mention of 'mirror submission' anywhere (that string is in the Subject
of all those mails).
The new version also sends an extra mail to mirrors@d.o, but that didn't
seem to go through, either.
I can't read MTA logs, so now we need debian-admin help.
