I tried emailing support@mentors.debian.net but the message was rejected by the recipient domain. Because of previous difficulty dput'ing swe-standard-data with http I decided to upload it with ftp. But the new swe-standard-data has not appeared. Please do not be confused by eariler version 00001-1. I am refering to the version 00002-1 I dputed today. The other package I dputed, libswe, appeared without incident but I used http for it.
