in debian/control...

Homepage: http://fallabs.com/qdbm/
Standards-Version: 3.9.1
Vcs-Git: git://anonscm.debian.org/collab-maint/qdbm.git

Standards-Version was set to 3.9.1.
But debian/changelog has "New Standards-Version: 3.9.2".
