It is true for those maintainers that I choose to sponsor and I will
continue to require this for future sponsorship. Other sponsors feel
the same. Cutting out those sponsors will only reduce the chances of a
new package being sponsored.

What kind of popcon score? i.e. does anyone else think it is a useful
addition?
