Yes, and it is one of the hariest, most horrible packages to maintain I know
of.

There is an alioth team to take care of cyrus-sasl2.  It is not managing to
do much (because nobody there seems to be in the mood/have the free time to
tangle with it right now).  But that team has several DDs, so you get
expedited sponsoring if you join it and do sasl fixes there.

You are welcome to the team, join the mailing list, and send us your alioth
ID to be added to the project.

The team did not adopt the package because it did not manage a single upload
yet, I think :-)
