Sorry. I added the smoke test by looking at other biomaj packages. I've checked the docs[5] seems like it needs a proper biomaj installation with a mongodb database to run biomaj-cli . So how do I go about installing and running a mongodb server inside the unit-test script? Can you point towards any example package that uses a db for testing. Also I noticed mongodb isn't available in sid. So any other alternatives to go with?
