Well you want to distribute non-free stuff in main, which to me is far
worse.  At least I don't want to mis-represent non-free stuff as free.
I want it plainly labelled as non-free.

(And I won't care that much if we kill non-free anyway, even with
FSF manuals in it.  We'll get them someplace else.)
