Don't do it.  The GPL needs to always be in English.  If you want, you
can arrange to have an official translation of the GPL made, but
that's expensive, and requires coordination between the FSF's lawyers
and lawyers expert in the copyright and licensing law of other
countries.  Much safer to just leave it in English.
