Yes, it _is_ correct. Others _have_ reported it. Whether they really
are paper weights, you'll have to take up with them. If you know what
you're doing, maybe they can be resurrected. I don't know.
Just do the necessary research before throwing your hard earned money
at the thing. Like every other area, I'm sure this one contains a
few, or some, duds and lemons.
