Also try apt-get install ntp-simple
That will automatically keep the time when an internet connection exists.

use 0.country code.pool.ntp.org, 1.country code.pool.ntp.org, and 2.country code.pool.ntp.org

No, the value in this file should be set to pool.ntp.org (and it is probably
set to this already) then you will be get cycled around a pool of suitable
servers.  There is no need to select a server.
