[RF] po-debconf://etherconf

Adjunto una primera versión de la traducción de etherconf. Se la voy a 
enviar a los desarrolladores en cualquier caso (para que así la primera 
versión del paquete la incluya), si hay cambios se podrán enviar 
posteriormente como bugs al BTS.
