problème avec une description

Bonjour,

je rencontre un problème avec la description de cgoban, celle-ci n'a pas
l'air de contenir que des caractères ascii et un file -i cgoban.bug me
donne :
cgoban.bug: text/plain; charset=unkown

et voici la partie de la description qui pose problème :
