Re: programming

Dear Klaus,

I'm not sure about eclipse. Can you recommend it from personal
experience? According to literature I was able to find on the web, there
are C++ plugins, but I would prefer something that works out-of-the-box.
:) Right now I am looking at kate. Also, I would like to use git for
version control.

With all the different scripts and config files in Knoppix, what do you
use to manage it all coherently?

Best regards,
Andrew
