Bug#698780: linux-image-3.2.0-0.bpo.4-amd64: BUG in nfs_mark_delegation_referenced after resume from hibernate

Package: src:linux
Version: 3.2.35-2~bpo60+1
Severity: normal

Hi,

When our NFSv4 client is resumed from hibernate, it logs the following message:

NFS: nfs4_reclaim_open_state: Lock reclaim failed!

After a while (15 min up to 2 hours) the following BUG is triggered:

So far we can only reproduce this bug when the system is resumed from hibernate, not when it's cleanly booted.

The system uses NFSv4 for home directories.

We tried the following kernel versions: 3.2.35-2, 3.2.32 and 3.2.23. We could trigger this bug on all of them.

Maybe the system had an NFSv4 lease from the server before it was hibernated and still thinks it's valid when
it resumes and then hits a bug if it turns out it was no longer valid?

Regards,

Rik
