OK.
This all points at the istallion driver, except for the fact that you
said that an ealier 2.6 kernels did not have this problem. The
istallion driver haven't changed much for ages so this could still
be due to something else.
So can you please find the last 2.6 kernel that did work and tell
me what it was?
