disc issues on alioth (aka. anonscm, git, svn, etc.)

Hi,

it appears alioth (vasks/wagner) has been suffering from disc issues for
a few hours. Affected services include (but are not limited to) anonscm,
git, svn.

Services were taken down while investigation and maintenance are going
on; a later notice should contain an overview of this incident's impact
on filesystem(s).
