For sure it's on i18n.debian.net, the machine that runs DDTP/DDTSS.
As I cannot find the source elsewhere, and as this machine is not
accessible to DDs but rules are different, I cannot tell you more.

- you can replace unstable with whatever distribution you want
- you can replace fr with whatever language you want.
