Obscure d-i strings



Hi,

first off all I have good news: The German packages/po/de.po file of
debian-installer is now 100% up to date.

I also found a few minor issues:

Here I removed a space at the end of the line since I got a two spaces in
the msgid. Will this occur also in the output?

A similar question was discussed recently on the debian-l10n-german.
How renders debconf two spaces, especially after full stops at the end of
line? Does it depend on the language (IIRC larger spaces are common in
US English but not in Europe) or on the display style (GTK frontend vs.
text front end)?
