The file that changes in this case is
/var/lib/ghc-6.12.1/package.conf.d/mtl-1.1.0.2-23ca4de7c573fd4df309067199a40634.conf
.  Notice this file is removed when the user removes the package.

So maybe we can reintroduce the md5sum for this file in haskell-devscripts to
avoid this warning?
