Bug#218636: Why is this a valgrind bug?

asm/ipc.h is in the linux-kernel-headers package, not in libc6.

I fail to seen the relation between this fails-to-build-from-source
problem you describe with valgrind simply not working on my system or
how reassigning it will fix valgrind.
