No, Fedora cannot be counted as main stream. People who use Fedora
know that Fedora will break at a certain point because of it's
state-of-the-art versions.

However, it was Ubuntu who shipped Pulseaudio far before it was ready
for the masses so you shouldn't be upset about bugs here.

Anyway, that's the past and PA has matured now, so no need to
start a flame war about bugs or unstable releases here.
