spamassassin 2.64 (the one in sarge) will soon be ancient, compared with 3.0.0,
but probably it will not make it to sarge.

One solution could be adding the rules updater from the wiki, but it is not
officialy supported by upstream.

I hope we can, once Sarge is released, concentrate on creating a base system
which contains the minimum packages (something like "to get a shell working")
and create a set of blocks on top of that which are released in different
cycles, so that they can provide updates without taking dependencies from
other blocks. We could even have block sub-release managers supervised by a
stable release manager.

oh, well...
