Organisational, as in "package pool" is also organisational ?? - this is
what your clear exposition of the three layers has lead us to basically
agree on up to this point, and I could almost cut and paste your email
into the wiki it was so clear (at least Debian parent(super) project ->
CDD -> Flavor).
