intent to package wdm

I'm not quite convinced I want to do this, but here's statement-of-intention
to package wdm. wdm is WINGs Display Manager. WINGs is not GNUstep. (WINGs
is the little widget set used by WindowMaker).

wdm can be found at ftp://ftp.mindspring.com/users/genec/

Currently wdm source includes at least two images that ARE NOT
redistributable (I happen to know this first hand, you have to have written
permission to distribute most images from the Hubble Space Telescope; the
GOES8 image is the same, AFAIK). So, I'll upload a non-pristine source
package.

If any one is willing to take over maintainance of this, I'll be happy to
give the package away.

BUGS:

  * WINGs doesn't have a password widget
  * Zapping the X display kills wdm (doesn't kill xdm)
  * Exitting from the login panel doesn't kill wdm
  * wdm is somewhat RH-centric (almost fixed)

I alredy wrote the manpages, so this should not be a problem.
