I highly doubt that, bandwidth is cheaper at night than it is in the middle
of the day. Unless of course there is a Tier-1 mirror on the other side of
the world.

At least he is asking what it should be changed to, he would have just went
and did it without notice. And who says he will do it personally? He may
just ask guy to change it.

This obviously doesnt affect the project. I am talking about this issue
specifically, not any hypothetical situation which may arise. All issues
like this should be decided on an individual basis.

Then that is a problem and we look for someone else to host.

They are hardly dictating our affairs. If they would have said "dinstall
will only run once a week" then that would be cause for concern, all they
are doing is moving dinstall to a time which will be better for *all* our
mirrors and not just novare.
