It is, either in the packages, or in policy. I don't really care which one
we change, but we should reword policy to say "conffile" instead of
configuration file, then.

Who's wasting *your* time? I certainly did not Cc or otherwise mention you,
and this concerns one of my packages as well (even if it is a package I want
someone else to adopt ASAP).
